Hello! I'd like to request a layout if you don't mind...

I don't mind about which scheme you use.
I'd like two borders, just like you did with some of the layouts.
The top could say: "тнαт σηє тяαηѕƒσямι¢є ρℓαуєя тнαт ρσѕтѕ αят..." with the centered alignment and font size 20. I'd like for this to be bold.
I'd like for it to feature this character at the bottom of the top border [centered as well]:
I'd like for the middle to say these following lines:
ι ℓιкє ∂яαωιηg мι¢є, вυт ι αℓѕσ ℓιкє ∂яαωιηg ƒυяяу αηιмαℓѕ, тσσ.
ι'∂ ѕαу ι'м αη ιηтєямє∂ιαтє ∂яαωєя.
ι яєαℓℓу ℓσνє ¢αтѕ. тнαт'ѕ ωну ι'м α ¢αт.
ι мαу α¢¢єρт яєqυєѕтѕ! ρм мє ιƒ уσυ ηєє∂ αηу.

I'd like for the middle to have normal font size, center alignment, and possibly italicized.
I'd like for the bottom border to say: "тяαηѕƒσямι¢є ¢συℓ∂ ѕανє уσυ 15% σя мσяє ση ¢нєєѕє ιηѕυяαη¢є." I'd like this to have the same properties as the top border.
I'd like it in one tab please.
