Hello! I think the title is pretty self-explanatory.

For example, a second tab in a user profile has the same URL as the original tab followed by #tab_2 for example. But the thing is, this URL opens a new tab, even when it is linked from the original tab. Those URLs don't even work at all in threads. I think that this should be changed for threads like tutorial threads, where there is a table of contents, for example.
