Instead of a xv1 type of thing, everyone will be divided up. Like so:

2010: +5
2011: -5
2012: +4
2013: -4
2014: +3
2015: -3
2016: +2
2017: -2
2018: +1
2019 and 2020: -1

Pick the registration year of the account you are currently using.

Those who add win when the number is at 1000.
Those who subtract win when the number is at 0.
We start at 500.
