Well for starters, it's not a rush to make a tribe guide/recruitment thread. You would need to stand out by implementing forum tactics like changing color for some text and making the text bigger to appeal one another. A tribe logo would also help if necessary.

In general, try looking at some other tribe forum threads, even though 90% may not be as active, these threads aren't locked for a reason unless it was requested by the thread maker to lock it.
