I have video and picture evidence of a friend who used profanities, religious, political and family insults to different users many times during the game. Where should I send this? The mods do not fulfill their duties in the game and we are very tired of it.

If you are concerned about a player's behavior in-game, use the ./report function. It's the only way moderators can verify, check the player, and sanction them respectively. As I can recall, you are also welcome to privately message/whisper to an in-game moderator if they are online (check using the ./mod command). For your information, in-game moderators do not accept video or screenshot evidence from players since it can be edited.
