I tried to learn how to play ukulele and harmonica, but I'm not passionate enough to keep practising. So I only know a few badly played songs..
The only two good songs I know (and not even the whole songs) on both instruments is Norwegian Sunset from Bjergkøbing grandprix (old norwegian stop motion) on my harmonica, and Moondog's Pastoral on uke.

Woo, a thread for me!

I'm a sort of melomaniac. Music has been my great passion for years, it amazes me everyday, and one of my long term life goals is to have a collection of a lot of different instruments from all around the world because I just love it.

I took three years of piano classes when I was 13-14, then I stopped because I was fed up with classical music and I wanted to play rock, so I learnt the electric guitar, and then I came back to the piano when I was in highschool (and I love classical music now, eh).

I mostly play the piano and the guitar (electric & folk) but also the bass guitar, drums and a bit of ukulele, learnt it all alone. Planning to buy an irish flute when I have some money to spend. I would also like to learn traditional instruments like bagpipes, the sitar or uilleann pipes (and the violin, but I would need a lot of time to spend on it). For the moment, I have synth sounds to play them which is already cool but real ones would sound better. :)

I'm also a lot interested in app instruments, the kind of new instruments or synthesizers which appeared with smartphones or tablets; I have Morphwiz and Geosynth for example (products of Wizdom Music, Jordan Rudess' company - he's the keyboardist of Dream Theater and my personal favourite keyboards player, you should check his videos ^^), they give new sounds, atmospheres and opportunities and it's really great.

I'd like to learn how to play the piano too, since people say I have "the fingers for that" but I've tried, my little finger is too short to even reach the octave D:

I personally like violins and pianos yet I've always been a percussionist.

The acoustic guitar is really cool. I might try to learn to play it. The piano seems fun too but I don't think I am as coordinated for it.
