Portuguese, GMT+0, same as London, playing in KR and EN for almost 1000 days, all friends and people i normaly say hi in EN. And now Tig activated IP Filtre.. For a moment i was about to quit playing when i noticed i couldn't talk in room 16. Then i noticed only some rooms have that activated, those i found being: 1, 2, 11, 13, 16 and room 17. Tig mind must be a really interesting place.
