Mods won't do anything unless you're swearing <i>excessively</i>, or towards someone in particular. In videos it depends. If you see videos with a lot of swearing, you can ask a sentinel about it. Try reading the forum and in-game rules =)

Because it's for all ages.
Older kids can swear, while younguns have their parents set it on the censor, which is a default setting.
