I sometimes watch videos until I get tired or listen to calm sounds mmm
also, drinking milk somewhat helps me and or eating some food

I always daydream, but sometimes that doesn't work, so if that doesn't work, i just stare at the darkness until my eyes close (and finally go to sleep)

i mostly don't attempt to sleep until i'm really really really tired so i don't really have that problem
