I read through this and realized the tiny "hope I dealt with this the right way"

It's the unfortunate matter that I can't take someone by the hand and show them a play-by-play of why these topics are listed.
Though if I could, I'd more than happily spend a few hours explaining each one.
As much as opinion is basically what this entire thread is about since it was directed as a question, I just simply typed what I felt personally bothered me about todays times and slapped that right onto here. Didn't really want to have to clarify each one.

I feel like the only one you've probably missed right off the mark would be the Toddlers and Tiaras portion of it.
If you look up some news reports regarding the show you might understand a little more why it personally bothers me and a great amount of the public (while there a few unbothered at all).
Some reports I found were quite astonishing and it makes up for why some children suffer during these pageants and possibly why they behave uncooperatively during TV recordings.

Probably said this before but will remention the fact that a few of these things reoccur in the real would outside these forums and wouldn't have been put to the list unless they were such a big problem and tie to other research studies, such as honesty and loyalty in relationships.

Griffincraft isn't in America, hence why she didn't know of the series.

Research can be skewed so well and to what people want others to report/think. Never take research as fact.
And just because there's no loyalty in a few relationships doesn't mean we're all unloyal pricks lol

Ahhh, that makes sense. I apologize then, she couldn't have known either way.

Even still, the idea of having to set up a research on something like "the percentage of men who cheat vs the percentage of women" seems horrible enough. Of course I'm not saying everyone's not loyal, but the way the message of cheating and disloyalty in media nowadays is just...disgusting.
Some people are actually proud of fooling around like that which makes me highly dislike the disloyalty in people even more.

It's sad we have to be so careful with the people we fall for sometimes since infatuation could really cloud up someone's head.
Really why I agree with "we just have to find/wait for the right person".
In certain situations though, it can be simply too late for that one person who realizes they've been taken advantage of and due to circumstances of their own- can't do a thing about it and have to (sometimes but not always) deal with what's going on with the person they thought they could wholeheartedly trust.

Ahem, idiot men violating young girls.
I saw something on the news, 5 grown men violated a 16 year old girl on a FIELD, undressed her and beat her up. The girl was seriously injuried in hospital after that incident and traumatized for life.
Then the men got 8 years in prison each and when the reporter interviewed their "leader", he said "I'm pround of myself and what I did".
THIS is what I hate about modern people. Some of them have no responsibility and are incontient of the shit they have done.

Personally, I could care less about most trends, as most don't really affect my life in any way.

Although, I do somewhat dislike the repetition of most songs I hear these days, as quite a few of them sound the same to me, with a few diamonds in the rough that stand out.

Basically MEMES, and overall internet society.
