I'm still wondering: So basically every dragon in Gen 3 got a mega-evolution, I'm thinking: So how come Flygon doesn't have one?
If I'm right, there's only 6 dragon pokemon (fully evolved) and they are:

Altaria
Flygon
Latias
Latios
Rayquaza
Salamence

ALL of them except Flygon have mega-evolutions. Why is that?

Because Flygon doesn't need a Mega. If he did, probably be something like Gallade, something people wouldn't really use. Band/Scarf Flygon is already good enough.
