But how do you earn enough gems otherwise?

Birthdays, daily attendance, S score/combo/clear, events, idolise/bond/max, main stories, goal book (JP), etc. Basically you stake out everyday.

Meanwhile I'm still stuck using EN.
Apparently because I use ios I need to make a separate JP apple account with different regional settings, etc.

what had happened was that recently my cell got stolen and ofc i didn't have the transfer to that account and when i got the new phone i lost motivation to play even though i love the game
