if you think middle school is worse than high school and college...

Middle school was a waste of time, except the last year, one of the funnest ever :D. High school is just meh, going to uni next school year :P

fur real, i got straight 's till middle school, then i got into rreally really advANGED CLASSES, now its impossible to get straitght a's. Im a seventh grader, not a tenth grader

5th grade in Turkey is Middle School already (I'm 5th grade but I got held back to first because when I came to Turkey I didn't know the language so I'd be 6th for real because I'm turning 12 this year) and yes hurts when you don't do homework...

I'm in seventh grade right now, exept for a few large projects that I have a bad habbit of doing right before it's due, middle school isn't that bad.

middle school here = submit all the elementary/high schools in other countries
it has 1st to 12th grades and the people there are around 6-19 years old
so when you finish middle school, you either apply for an university or live a hobo's life

I'm going into Year 6 (6th grade) next year, a.k.a first year of middle school if I was in America. I'm in England though, so I'll just be in the last year of primary (elementary plus 1 year of middle school)

Middle school is bad, yes I'll admit. But it only gets better. I heard that it's better around 11-12th grade, because instead of bullying, most people are too worried about graduating and jobs, and living on their own. Most people mature by then (I said most, this is just my opinion, or at least my moms. It's what she told me.)
Besides, as for homework.. Middle school isn't that bad.
In high school you have to worry about getting enough credits to gratuate and shit.
So yeah, that way, it only gets worse. (Actually, not really for my school. If you pass all your classes, then the classes you NEED to take like Math and shit goes down and you can get more electives. \o/)
But yeah..

I'm in grade 6 (at my school grade 6 - 8 is middle school)

I have never known this until Late november but you can fail grades at my school. But I've got a few things to tell you my friend.
1. You better do your homework in MS because as you get into the older grades it gets harder and harder to the point that you can fail grades.


2. What I am about to tell you is soo beneth me its ridic but okay, kids in my grade are dating, and when i told my mum bout this she wasnt happy at all, she told me that I'm not dating until im like in 7th/8th grade. Period.


3. Don't follow in school trends because you are just going to waste your money anyway. This isn't really popular with kids but I see kids use it anyway. And they have ipod touches/iphones. One of my friends can't afford it unfortanatly but thats sad..

Homework, whether you and I like it or not, will continue to exist. :( As you approach your high school years, things will start to gradually become more rigorous, and that includes your homework, but that usually is dependent on your class difficulty. You probably should not focus too much on middle school grades, unless you are taking classes that can earn you high school credits.

I'm not trying to scare you about high school, but it will be harder than middle school, not that I'm ignoring that you are facing difficulties in middle itself. If you try hard, you could pass with a good grade and enough credits. My sister isn't exactly bright, but she just put effort in and managed to graduate pretty well. Most of all: DON'T PROCRASTINATE. It messed a lot of my grades up. Like the poster above, don't get too attached into academics, but that also applies for social life. (there's a lot more drama '_')

I've HEARD it gets better during your senior years, unless you're in IB which it becomes complete utter disaster. I'm still a freshman in highschool, so I'm a noobie.

TL;DR: High school is da shiz. It'll get harder. Effort + Pancakes everyday = graduation.
