What do you need help with? It's 100x100, and it's pixel art, nothing else can really be done. :x It's going to look bad when resized.

uhh can someone help me out here? ;;
i already got the picture cropped and resized to 100x100, but i need to clean the picture up so it doesn't look bad when/if i set it as my avatar
all's i need is someone to clean it up, that's all.
i tried doing it myself and for one, i'm tired so i don't feel like dealing with it right now, and for two, cleaning up these types of pictures, with too much colours, is just a little out of my league for doing my own avatars.
