11.3 Penalidades

Atelier 801 SARL pode tomar toda e qualquer medida e impor quaisquer penalidades que considerarem necessárias para desencorajar e punir qualquer violação do "Termos e Condições de Uso", ou qualquer outra conduta ilegal ou inadequada, tudo sem aviso prévio. Atelier 801 SARL é que determinara a existência ou não de uma violação, tendo como base o que considerarmos ser o melhor para a comunidade e para o site.
