To have your Eevee to evolve in your field, you have to feed it a berry. then it should be able to recognize that you want to evolve it to a Glaceon.

I saw an Espeon at the Shelter too, but I was like 'well I already have two Eevee's where I was going to make them Espeon and Umbreon, so I don't want to waste them'.

But now I'm highly considering just getting them from the Shelter because I don't have the patience to get their Happiness levels up, haha.

hmm from eevee to glaceon you got to buy an Ice rock from shop and give it to him and he'll be ready to evolve.
