haha well, when Matt Smith became the doctor A LOT of people hated on him, but then he showed them that although he was young he'd be good for the role. Unfortunately, lots of people complain on how "old" Peter is and stuff, but well, I guess the fans that only watched dw because of the hot actors will go away :p
