Being neat and finding satisfaction in order doesn't mean you have OCD.

OCD means you have the unnerving compulsion to do these things, else you don't feel right in yourself. Hence the name. If a pencil is out of place, for example, you cannot work until it is placed correctly.

I have a strict cleansing routine before bed and if I don't complete all my tasks, I don't feel right and cannot do anything or think of anything else until I do things properly.

It's debilitating, taking half an hour to get ready for bed when you're shattered.

The kitchen bin in my house needs to be tapped hard to be opened. It practically sickens me having to touch it (and then lift it manually since it's broken) and I have to cleanse my hands after simply throwing a tissue away.

Because of some physical issues I cannot myself clean my dog, relying on my mum to be in the mood to do so (which doesn't happen often at all). This means he ends up quite bad smelling sometimes, and I have to go weeks barely giving my pup some affection. If I could clean him, I would. A lot more often.

There are other things I have problems with, but can't recall off the top of my head. A lot of people have it worse than me.
