why the fuck would you call someone a noob or a bitch for being bad or unexperienced at a game. We all learn!

No, they shouldn't. And same goes the other way around.
You pros were once noobs too, and while I do understand that some noobs are annoying, it doesn't mean you should start drama over it and vice versa. For those pro's who try to help, if the noobs refuse to accept the pros' help then so be it. It's the noobs' problem for not accepting pro's and other people's advice, not pro's. Just be calm and move to another room if stuff escalates.
