How could you have not watched Spirited Away.
It's one of those really good and old animes that you don't see anymore. I watched it when I was younger. It's actually the first anime I've ever completed.. Second anime was Hotarubi no Mori e. Gin was my avatar before.

Same. Sprited away was the first anime I ever watched, it was scary at first but the older I got/the more I watched it. I started to like it.

And on the topic of Ghibli films, I just watched Princess Mononoke yesterday and I think I found my new fav Ghibli film 8D

The only Studio Ghibli movie, I've ever watch was Castle in the Sky.

Sword Fighting Anime Recommendations:
Noragami is one of those popular animes, Yato (a God) uses a katana (sword) as his weapon from his regalia. Regalias give these Gods weapons based on their personailities and past. In this case, Yato's regalia was Yukine. He first starts as a katana but then becomes a blessed regalia and changes the appearance of his regular katana into two identical twin katanas. Since you didn't watch this anime.. I highly recommend it. Still waiting for a third season or possibly a movie.
Guilty Crown also has a MC who pulls out a void in the shape of a sword. Void is basically the shape of your heart. Shuu uses many voids throughout the anime but his main void is a sword and it comes from Inori.
Gakusen Toshi Asterisk is a sword fighting anime.. has romance but eh.. didn't really enjoy it myself so i'm not going to go in depth with this anime
