i get distracted easily

you put your legs under this blue thing and someone holds your knees down so you don't bend them, then you push this metal thing on top as far as you can on one try. the number it reaches is how much you can reach without bending your knees basically
the second time we did it, i was even worse, so my teacher made me do it again hhhh

ive never had to do that personally but honestly it sounds hard and easy at the same time. like i get both points of easy and hard, but it sounds rlly hard and I wish you luck!!!!!!!!!
