Don't think M-Salamence is suppose to be a special attacker since physical is a lot better. Hyper Beam + Hyper Voice is too much, cut Hyper Beam. Dragon Dance doesn't help that much since you already out speed a lot of things and you aren't physical. No stab moves?(Draco Meteor).

No point in using Aerial Ace and Facade because of Aerilate makes Facade flying (though Return is a better option). Outrage > Dragon Claw.

do you really want to en up in confusion using Outrage? Someone can easily switch in a fairy type and completely wall you.

Facade is great because how many will-o-wispers are out there? I know I use Will-o-wisp
