Let me explain this for newer players.

Is a bit of the start of the code (map xml) where objects are defined. Basically all the numbers and information about shaman objects in the map.

12-13-15-16
These are the object numbers for anchors(C="#"). Probably saying you have to use these ones. But that is not the case you can use non turning anchor aswell. Like yellow, and normal blue/red ones.

Mv
This is the new feature added to the anchors. It stands for turning exceleration. Means the higher this number the quicker it excelerates. It only works together with mp, If you do not place mp it will cause the grounds to bug into coordinates 0,0.

Mp
This is the other new feature, It stands for turning power/turning speed. Means the higher this number the faster the ground can turn on maximum speed.

Why are there 2 things that result into the same effect?
Well if you have high Mv and a lower Mp. you get a slower turning anchor which is harder to stop or even impossible.
The other way around, high Mp and a lower mv, You can get a really fast spinning anchor but it easily gets stopped by mice or objects. It wouldn't have enough power to keep turning basically.
