If you mean trading cards, it's not possible unless you have a special card that you redeem.
You can only give accounts using the transfer codes. EN transfer codes can only be used on EN LLSIF, etc.

I meant that I like the three as a ship because of their dynamic, but yeah. I like the second years a lot as characters because they're cute in personality and appearances.

Play or reroll? If you're thinking of playing, good luck trying to do the double notes. Either you have a multi-touch screen or you're going to have a bad time.

you can keymap bluestacks to play via keyboard though but it's kinda hard (to play i mean)

I have Cyber Honoka unidolized on my JP acc, my only UR so far at level 70. I'm happy with it because it's my dream card and a friend gave it to me when it was a starter~ I also reroll but I don't have that luck to get my dream cards or any URs lol
