Are Mods allowed to permanent ban again, personally i think they should be, because ever since it was disabled more and more hackers/cheaters have been overrunning Transformice and it's SUPER annoying!

And everytime i contact a mod, they either too busy to respond, or they do ban and the hacker/cheater comes back in 5 minutes or less.
