So i'm guessing this is a counting game, but people with the letters: a, e, i, o and u at the end of there username restarts the number counters.
Example:
Person 1: 1
Person 2: 2
Example usernamE: lol rekt
Person 3: Now we gotta restart...

Person 4: 2
