You have to report your thread on the Opening Post and type in 'Request to lock thread'.

I'd recommend MAKING it on Paint or any system for drawing, then upload it to Imgur. ^^

Upload the picture to Imgur by either copying or pasting or uploading it from your computer. Once it's done uploading, look at the right side of the screen with all the codes. Click the code under BBCode (message boards & forums) and copy it (Ctrl+C) then go to your thread and paste the code where you want it.
(Basically what Julia said except with some extra details and stuff. '-')
