it doesnt depend the level you use
but the level other use it

Memory make magic is really cool, I like Arc of time magic, where you can send any (non living I think) into it's future so it's shattered, like the fight between Gray and Ultear, where she shatters his ice make magic cause it went into the future where it was shattered, same with backwards,when Ultear was in grimoire heart, the ship got hit and she made it go back together. (Correct me if I, wrong about characters please cause I'm a little far from this part)
