I have bad habits by sleeping

I should be sleeping at 10:30 or 11:00 pm
But i always end up by sleeping on 12:00 am or 2:30 am

3 am EVERYDAY and wake up at 5/6 am.

Weekends : probs before 3am, I have a shitty phobia (or whatever) when the time strikes 3am. I can't sleep anymore when that time strikes.

When I'm at my dad's house: 10pm on school days, and 11pm when there's no school unless my uncle is there

When I'm at my mom's house: Around 12am on school days if I can't sleep, and random times on the weekends since I pass out most of the time

anywhere between 10PM-12AM, and on a rare occasion it'll be sooner than that. just depends how i feel really

idk why i do this im tired 24/7

from 11pm - 4 am on any day i think

I go to sleep at 1 or 2 AM

Currently around 4 am or 5 am
