This. If the chat is moving quickly, it's very easy to report the wrong person and not even know it. This can even happen when you're using the list of players in the room since the names move around as mice enter the hole.

stupid report system, so far I reported 3 people (2 spams and 1 hack) and nobody of the mods come and ban..

How many reports are you getting for "insults" I can imagine it must be a hell of a lot.
