Animal Jam's otter doesn't really look like one. Its body is too small and the neck is too long.

Same, otters have a long body for twisting in water, and a small head with a short neck, it doesn't look natural but who cares. XD

every time aj's released an animal it always starts out as members only
the penguin and turtles were a members only animal at first but then they were for everyone.

also it's probably suppost to look rather cartoonish, the animals in aj all have rather blocky figures, i think it actually looks rather cute
