I got muted for 5 minutes for "spamming" my friend.
I wasn't really spamming her, because she had her messages blocked from people not on her friend's list, and she didn't add me yet.
But you know what, it's FRICKING PUBLIC.
Sanctions are nobody else's business.
Ughh, Peppy needs to make sanctions private, no one else needs to know your mistakes. e.e

When you go settings you'll see first ''Language''
Press on ''Select Language'', and this will come up.



If you using a Chinese skin you can't disable it.

I deleted osu! :(

And again installed. Deleted 1062 beatmaps and my skin :(
