You don't think money from ad revenue on the site itself, the fraises currency, AND an entire donations page isn't enough? I'm sorry but I have to disagree with you here. I don't believe that they're hiring anyone new to the company. They want extra pocket money, and this is another attempt to try and squeeze more of it out of the userbase. And what better time to launch this new form of ad revenue than right before the Valentine's Day event begins? I'm glad I stopped playing a few months ago.

And look, I should make it clear that I don't mind them trying to make more money, but I just don't agree with their approach. I think they've been pretty dishonest with the community in the past several months, and have been making a few.. questionable decisions. And who knows, I could be completely wrong about their plans to hire more people to help out with games, but I've had a lot of trouble trusting these administrators lately.

i understand atelier 801 gets more $$$ but ads were incredibly annoying for me since ages
