How did you grow up?

I came into being when my mother was around 17, because she had un-safe sex with her boyfriend. I'm an accidental child. To add onto her age, she was also a drug addict. My "father" was a drunkard.
And well, later on she handed me off to her grandmother, and I lived there for a while. But soon after that, she decided that she couldn't take care of me, so she put me up for adoption.
I spent around three hours in the agency before a slightly elderly couple picked me up and took me home to where I could be "properly" raised. And ever since then, I've been growing up in the same house being taken care of my now adoptive parents. There have been some hard times throughout the timeline, but I've managed.

Well

I was already a computer addict at 3

no one stopped me at all

Anyways, My parents keep fighting

and at 5, my mother,sis and I moved to my aunt's house

My father continued visiting us once a year until when I was 9 and he stopped visiting

Then when I was 12 (and at my 7th year living in the house), we moved to my mother's friend's house

Coming home everyday from school with the fear of my panic attacks kicking in.. Still has it due to a Bipolar Disorder and a harsh claustrophobia, violently shaking when crowded by people.

Other than that, I guess I had a pretty normal childhood.

Maigurd, same here. And my dad left when I was two, and i'm adopted. I have not yet grown up, and I doubt I will for a VERY VERY long time.. (Also I was born when my mother was 16 ._.)

Have to deal with constant psychological issues in my family because my mother is autistic and incapable of raising children correctly
not to mention has some sort erotomania with some other old fuck
Brother has aspergers, although I am still somewhat able to relate to him

pretty much taken a parent role in my own household; my dad is a psychatrist and he's what saved me from total and utter failure with my emotional development in younger years
I'm alright though, life is better than it was.

also lucky because the my empathic understanding is similar to my dad's, this made me develop an interest in the diagnosis of disorders and general social behaviour in a group (but mainly the individuals own personal emotions and their relations with others)
because I always have to analyse the (usually negative and complex) emotional issues present in my family, I end up doing so in most other situations as well (leading me to overthink things and waste time on issues that I shouldn't be concerned about)

although, because the "compassionate" part of my empathy is also unusally high; I end up getting too wrapped up in other's emotional issues
i.e. situations I am involved in with excessive amounts of emotional "output" leave me experiencing an enhanced amount of emotion other's present in that situation felt and, later on, cause me to feel emotionally drained

Well, I barely remember anything from my childhood and I'm technically still a kid so I might not be able to tell you guys alot...
I do know that I had to grow up with a stupid phobia though, so that's half of the reason why my life isn't really all that epic...
Well, basically, I had to grow up with a stupid phobia, I've been nearly homeless about 5 times, and I have to deal with my parents argueing ;_;
But other then all that, I guess I'm pretty happy with my life

Hrmm I always had a lot of friends and I was definitely the 'leader'.

I remember I always bonded with my teachers and couldn't really concentrate on stuff, but I was smart and always got good grades etc.

I got in a few fights with older guys aha. And I would always stay at the 'aftercare' thing, and every younger guy there would want me to help with with pokemon ahh.

Always played weird games with my friends and pokemon and vidyagamez.

I ended up moving fifth grade because a contracter that was supposed to be building onto our house basically just destroyed parts of our house and stole a lot of money. He got arrested and went to jail for 10 years, he probably like.. only just got out. e_e Or soon.

Ehh so yeah moved to a new town and went to a new school, and I got a lot quieter and calmer.

Also, I used to have tons of ducks.

My family isn't that rich but it's just fine atm, I can't complain. My father is alcoolist so the relation between him and mom isn't that p!nk :s. 2 more years until I graduate, I guess my grades are good until now, I don't have problems with shool. I have enough friends, enough friends I need (you know that saying; less good friends than many and fake). I have a strong personality, I'm a directly person and I'm trying to have a good repuation in my community. I'm expecting something big from my future...

Well, when i visited my mom's family, I saw a computer, I play it ALL DAY. It's not mine, I asked my mom, I now play the computer every 3 hours and every 4 years now XDD

Uh, well, I grew up around a guard dog, the best dog ever. My Mom and step-dad (My real Dad tried to kidnap me) beat me a lot because they didn't know I had ADHD, and they abused me because of it. They still abuse me, I had a television fall on my head when I was rather little. Everybody seemed to like me growing up, I was charming and funny, despite my hatred of everyone. I was never an innocent child, as I knew things others didn't and thought completely different. Today, everyone in school thinks i'm a pothead with my unrelated twin, i'm also rather cruel in aspect, and change my personality to fit the needs of others. I'm friends with everyone, but I find everyone to be in a mutual relationship with me, unless I actually speak to them a bunch.

Um thats unfair for those that love the game and a big insult for My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic fans(Bronies) but I know of course people under 15 are such asses about people.

If you feel sad or angry about this post then don't worry I'm just stating my opinions and its okay you just need to respect the older ones a bit.

I'm 11/12 so I can't tell my WHOLE childhood
I was a very quiet and shy chinese girl(that don't know much chinese -_-). I was like really ugly and also I had no friends in my very small town, until I ate more heatlhly foods and moved to a bigger town/city which helped alot that I loved my new schools, got more friends(^^) , got outstanding grades and talked more around people I trust(maybe a too much)!
I was a Pokemon fan until Black and White came out I came back to Pokemon when Pokemon X and Y was spoken by GameFreak(but I have no money :( )
I'm now a My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic fan(Pegasister/ Female Brony) which also help alot on my friendship/friends
Now I draw good and I love my artworks too!
