mine would design-wise be everything I like in fashion, like semi-over the top fancy dresses (think the Rosa Bianca/its dark counterpart for those who play Miku: Project Diva) with long sleeves, spiked gloves/boots, and the girl wearing that would have long hair (but not super long aka down to her feet)... also tattoos and jewelry and other fancy stuff

As for personality, I'd have to figure that out. She'd also wield + be skilled at using a sword-whip (like Ivy from the Soul games) and would be immortal, resulting in her looking very young for her age.

+ living in a big fancy castle that has a force field that keeps dust out, if that's even possible
