Thats similar to my habit, I cut off my nails using my other nails by others hand, and after that the skin of the finger gets ripped off with the nail

When ever there's going to be a big emotional draining event coming up or I have to tell someone something that'll be very difficult to say...
I stay up all night since sleep deficiency leaves me more inhibited to say what I want. Also the dramas don't seem so bad since all my mind really cares about is the heaven of finally drifting unconcious.

Which is why, since I've been up for awhile, I feel like I should be doing something big but meh.
