eat 3 meals a day, balanced with various fishes, meats and veggies help
morning jogs
exercising can be addictive if you get into it (helps relieve so much stress)
try to make fizzy drinks/lucozade a luxury and stick to water or fruit juices

well i think the best kind of diet would be a low carb one
no sugars, any kind of starch, sweets, pretty much any type of soda (unless its diet)
yknow that stuff
but you can have all the meat you want so yay

Lemmie tell you a old story about myself when I was a young child in 3rd grade.

I'd run and skip everywhere I possibly could. Otherwise I ran or walked.

I loved veggies like, apples, letuce, etc. but my most favorite food in the world was CANDYYYY. xDD

I basically ate junk food whenever possible and ate health foods whenever I couldn't eat candy. So alll I really ate was junk food and health stuff.

And I was still as skinny as two small heads stuck together. O-o

And today, I'm the skinny young one I was, and still am.

Uh.... my main warning would be to eat 5 times a day......
(1 meal- breakfast
2 meal- snack [snack shouldn't be refered as a chocolate bar. Chew a carrot or something healthy as a snack]
3 meal- lunch
4 meal- snack
5 meal- dinner
[6th meal may be optional as a midnight snack, even a sweet. Humans need some.. -ahem-.. trash to "train" their stomaches.])
Might sound weird, but it's best for a human, y'know.

Not gonna hypocrite anyone because I only eat 3 meals myself :P I used to eat 5 because I was anorexian 4/5 years ago.
P.S. Don't start a diet and don't starve yourself, it might make you happy about your result, but it's definitely not ever-lasting.

Simply typing on the computer on a whole day on average helps you burn 20 calories.Of if you want to really lose weight,just exercise.Oh,and also keep a good watch on foods that contain high colesterol.Try not to eat those.
