You can buy it on the internet (ingame) for 3,000,000.
If you also want the Military Jet (Lazer) you have to go to the military fort and steal it, then park it in a garage or else the engine will cut.

It's a good thing I know where to get all this nice stuff when I get the game, kekeke.

Guide to getting the Lazer:
- Play as Trevor.
- Go to Ammu-Nation
- Get the $2,500 body armor (Not required if you can get to the jet fast enough.)
- Ask to pick Franklin or Michael up to hang out.
- Get in a car together.
- When you have Mike or Frank with you the cops will flash when you get further away from them, but when you're all alone the cops will not leave you alone.
- Go to the military base through the front gate. (Back gate has a tank next to it)
- The front gate is the one off the highway on the east coast, it does not have a bridge leading to it.
- Take a sharp right turn, do not go left/straight, there is a tank over there.
- Now take a sharp left right after (You can smash through the gates)
- Then take another right on the air strip and go straight (On the left there are usually two tanks that will destroy you if you slow down, so put the medal to the freaking metal.)
- You should see as soon as you get on the air strip on the right there are about 3 small hanger and two of them contain a Lazer.
- Go to the opposite side of the airfield to draw all the army guys and tanks over there.
- Gun it as fast as you can back to the Lazer next to the front gate.
- Get out of the car and let Frank/Mike shoot the guys that don't want you in the Lazer.
- Go in to rage mode as Trevor. (This grants you invincibility while you walk towards the Lazer)
- Get in the Jet and take off as fast as you can, this jet can take off extremely fast.
- Do the next steps fast because the Jet does run out of fuel, or the Army cuts it's engine.
- Stay low so the tanks and the AA-guns don't respond fast.
- Leave Mike/Frank behind, they will despawn and will text you when you lose the cops.
- When you leave the restricted area you still need to get rid of the 4 stars.
- Fly up as high as you can then go medium-speed so the helicopters don't spawn looking at you.
- Wait for all four stars to go away.
- Go to the sunnyshores airport and land the Jet there. (The one that Trevor owns in the desert)
- Park it in the hanger. (Move the other vehicle out of the way if there is one) you have to this because if your engine cuts you will have to do all previous steps again, I learned this the hard way.
- Leave the jet there then go far away from it or die.
- Return to the hanger and it should be there.
- Get in it and enjoy flying it.

- When you fly it, it should have very nice handling compared to other planes, so that's a plus.
- Controls are (Xbox360) A - To shoot current weapon, X - To change weapon, Right trigger - Speed up, Left Trigger - Slow down, Right and left bumpers - Slow turn (Used for Knifing and turning while on land doing take off/landing) Click left stick - Retract landing gear.
- With this jet you should be able to get all 5 stars with using your missiles to auto-lock on to cop cars blowing them up easily.
- Death in the jet will usually caused by crashing and the AA-Gun from the Military Base. Or leaving helicopters to slowly drain your health.
- Don't worry about the jet exploding, it will spawn back at the hanger you chose it to be in.
- Go back to it and wreck more havoc on the city of Los Santos.

Hope this helps you guys get this freaking jet, I died about 50 times before I figured this all out. Now that I know how to do it, I can steal those jets relatively easy. Before that I got extremely fustrated at the game thinking it was impossible. If you have trouble with one of the steps just ask and I can help.

I don't think you stole the Lazer holding your ground, the army guys surround you with MG's and Combat MG's. If you did, you're extremely lucky those tanks didn't have the 100% accuracy they should have.

Jump and hold B, your character will ragdoll and try to do a front flip.
