Didn't cry, but even the 'happy ending' of the movie was depressing to me since, well, only .00001% of the world isn't a sandy wasteland, and the number of humans has been reduced to the dozens.

The beginning of Up came the closest so far. Also, the beginning of Grave of the Fireflies (i havent finished watching it because im scared to be honest e_e also burnt people freak me out/make me really sad)
