You scored a total of 50 Based upon your responses to this screening measure, you are most likely suffering from an anxiety disorder. Your responses are similar to others who experience severe anxiety symptoms. You should not take this as a diagnosis of any sort, or a recommendation for treatment. However, it would be advisable and likely beneficial for you to seek further diagnosis from a trained mental health professional soon to rule out a possible anxiety disorder. Almost everything on there was something I experience on a daily basis, laughs sobbingly. But yeah 99 percent sure I have a panic disorder. My doctors suspect it but it's a lot of waiting to see a psychia/psychologist to get a confirmed diagnosis. |

Vulli a dit : strange you're one of the calmest people I know |

Mousechris a dit : Yeah! I am really relaxed and chill, though haha. And I mean, in social settings I do fine, just get overwhelmed around a ton of people for extended periods of time due to the fact that I'm kinda an introvert. My panic attacks just get triggered randomly. Could be like.. After eating, if I feel more nauseous than I usually do after eating. The anxiety spikes, and as soon as I start thinking 'oh my stomach hurts this reminds me of a panic attack oh crap I hope I don't get a panic attack' and bam, panic attack. It can be from the cold too. If I start shivering I get all anxious because when I get panic attacks, I always get really bad tremors (uncontrollable shaking in my arms and legs), plus I always get cold sweats and chills durin em too no matter how many blankets/jackets/etc I have, no matter how hot it is haha. It really blows. I really need to try bugging people again to get on medication or treatments for it. |

Vulli a dit : oh wow looks like i'm not alone I've suffered from anxiety greatly during school which sucks because then people get emotional and try to hug you when all you want is peace and to be left alone for a little while sometimes just a pain in the neck can get me extremely worried and then i have to calm down as soon as possible but when i tell myself that I just panic even more and start shaking and oh my god |

Bengalstar a dit : One thing almost all my friends know by now: When I'm starting to go through an attack, do NOT ask me things like 'Are you okay?' or anything that mentions it at all, this freaks me out so bad and I usually really don't want to talk while I'm going through it, or else it makes me super nauseous. No one's tried to touch me yet, but I have a feeling that'd freak me out too haha. Only like twice have I ever had an attack when I was not at home with friends, though. |

Vulli a dit : i get most of my panic attacks when i'm around a large crowd of people which is why i tend to stay away from people as much as possible it's super hard for me to stop thinking about pain so most of my friends know not to bring up anything about pain etc. or really anything similar like how I feel but omg i start shaking so much it's not even funny and then I feel really nauseous it's not fun ;_; |

Bengalstar a dit : Luckily none of my junk is caused by anything social related. I'm thankful for that, but it suuuuucks that mine ARE triggered through eating/feeling cold. Such dumb things. But also any vague messages from people. 'We need to talk.' Or things where someone anonymously sends me a message about a personal topic, or if a person says something and it makes it sound like they found out about something or are mad at me etc? Things like that freaaaaaak my out, haha. I used to be really bad with it a few years ago, and there were a couple names I really didn't want to see/hear. Very little things would set me off, and I had to take off a lot of days at school and ended up the emergency room bleh. I've become desensitized to all of the triggers nowadays, so very rarely does it even turn into an attack, and if it does, I just end up laying around miserably on the couch for a few hours until I fall asleep instead of being up for say... 12 hours locked in the bathroom trying not to puke. Which is how it used to be. |

I got 4 .-. .... You have answered this anxiety screening in such a way as to suggest that you are not likely currently suffering from an anxiety disorder. However, this little degree of anxiety may actually be a sign of too little anxiety in your life. Individuals who score in this low range sometimes indicate that they may be detached from themselves, others, or their environment. Typically this is not healthy for most and should be avoided. You can help yourself by making a more concerted effort to become reattached to significant others and your environment. You should not take this as a diagnosis or recommendation for treatment in any way, though. Yay....... e.e |

Vulli a dit : I know a few people who got anxiety attacks when they feel cold/warm q.q I never really was triggered by messages about personal topics although when I think about it a lot I feel slightly worried that's probably because not many people message me and most who do actually don't speak english lol ever since I learned more about other topics as well I get worried and I panic about very stupid things euugh I've had a lot of times when my mom would have to pick me up from school and I honestly don't want to tell every full detail of what happens after i remember whenever I would lay in bed for hours being scared to death if I felt the slightest bit of pain ;; i actually still panic like right before I go to sleep which is why if i'm lucky i'll get 5 hours of sleep |

Bengalstar a dit : If anything, I can say it gets more manageable. For like 6 months maybe I would always get panicky after 6 pm. So I'd make sure I never ate past 6 pm, and at 8 I'd take melatonin or drink warm milk to make me sleepy so I wouldn't be up all night. But yeah it was something that would always happen no matter what? But now I don't get that anymore! I realized after a while 'hey wait I don't get panicky every night, hey wait I was able to eat something at 10 pm and sleep normally!!!' You definetly do learn different little things that help you relax, and you tolerate different triggers a whole lot better. So even if it really sucks for you right now, it does get gradually more managable! |

You scored a 6. You have answered this anxiety screening in such a way as to suggest that you are not likely currently suffering from an anxiety disorder. Remember that a little anxiety in normal, everyday life is to be expected and is a good thing. Nobody should be without any anxiety whatsoever, as anxiety is our body's way of telling us that we should pay closer attention to a situation, event or person in our lives (even if that person is ourselves). Scoring in this range suggests you have that normal level of anxiety but would not likely qualify for an anxiety disorder diagnosis. You should not take this as a diagnosis or recommendation for treatment in any way, though. |
