Divergent is a book series, and the movie for the first book is out.

At the age of sixteen, they take an aptitude test which will tell them what faction they belong to. Normally, there is only one faction that will be your result for the test. The main character, Tris, got three factions, which makes her Divergent. She cannot tell anyone, because the people say that the Divergent are dangerous, and sometimes, they even kill them.
