Nail bitting

putting my tablet pen into my mouth when using my mouse

Grinding and clenching my teeth.
Eating when I'm bored or not hungry.

kinda saying it again
that was a year ago
i have even more bad habits now.

not only do i bite my lips, i pick at them now, my lips rarely have skin on them these days.
i bite my nails.
i talk to myself
when i'm in a happy mood, i skip instead of run.
when i'm crazy, i sometimes run into a door or wall, it hurts.
i give up when one thing doesn't turn out the way i expect it. (that's why when you have lower expectations, you don't give up as easily..)

I can't stop getting bad habits, right now I keep rubbing my finger over sharp edges (actually I think I've been doing that for awhile).and I would keep scrolling the scroll thing without scrolling the page.

I always tend to eat food when I'm not even hungry

I mumble and stammer quite often.
I talk to myself.
I make up stories in my head and I don't pay attention to anything around me when I do.

Biting my nails
Going crazy when the teacher is near me
Yelling at people

Biting my nails......... and twitching my head back randomly

Dunno if its really a bad habit but:

• Chewing on my fingers
• Chewing on my lip
• Cracking my knuckles

Biting my lips
Biting my nails
yelling
not finishing homework until class

Cracking my shoulder back into place. (Not really a habit but a need.. Oh well)
Licking my lips,
Biting my lips,
Clearing my throat every minute, (UHMMM)
Cracking my jaw,
Squeezing my eyes shut till the limit, (Ik. It sometimes does hurt. BUT I MUST.. It's a weird habit.)

I used to bite my nails, stopped a few weeks though.

This isn't really considered a bad habit, but my parents sometimes tell me to shut up. I always do some tune like "DUN DUN..... DUN DUN DUN DUNNNN.." and I always copy my zebra finches noises "MEEP!! MEEP MEP MEP"

Today I had to give a report.

Mumbled the whole thing.

Whenever someone compliments me I always stay quiet and mumble thank you, because saying "thank you" is scary.

Don't do anything to dishes after lunch / dinner
Bully everyone at school to make them go away!!! =.=
