Same here. Exact same thing.
It's always my sister's stuff, but sure, I have a few plushies on the floor that fell off my bed here and there, and games I forgot to put up, but other than that, it's mostly my sister's stuff, and my mom tells me to clean my room while it was my sister's mess.

How I clean up my room:
1. Go to my room.
2. Throw out all stuff from where it was.
3. Start putting them into random places.
4. Done! Calls my mom.
5. Is curious for her reaction.
6. -Insert reaction here-

How I clean my room :P :
1. Go into my room
2. Stare at the floor for a few minutes
3. Throw the plushes in my bed
4. Grab all the pencils and crayons and put them in a box.(I have a smal box where I keep my drawings and stuff)
5. Grab small toys and put them randomly on the table
6.Grab all books and hide them somewhere.(so my mom doesnt force me to read boring stuff again)
7. Grab a pillow and throw it everywhere.(pretending to clean the house)
8. Put the pillow back into my bed.
9. Make a small patch of all the messy and disgusting stuff and hide them under my carpet
10. Make sure there's nothing left to clean
11. Call my mom
12. Mom says good job and gives me chocolate
13. I go play outside with friends

My bird tends to toss his toys around my room, so its messy from that alone. Other than that it stays pretty clean minus my shoes everywhere.
