i never get grounded because my mom WANTS me to go outside not stay in my room.

Pffff I NEVER EVER GET GROUNDED. If I do something wrong, my parents just beat me up with a belt or a shoe or whatever weapon then they forget about it.
I've been beaten up for a lor of stuff:
-Once I was 5 and my brother was 4 and he annoyed me and I kicked him in the nutts hardly and he cried. I got beaten up ^^"
-I was in the park playing with my friends(i was like 8) and some kid came and asked to join us and I slapped him he fell down and bang his head on the swing and he bleed. I got beaten up ^^
-For being too bossy with my brothers and sisters
-For beating up my b rothers and sisters
-For teaching my younger brother how to curse :P
-For refusing to do my chores(that happened 1 week ago)
-For throwing the math book on the window(it was 2 months ago)
-For escaping from school
-For stealing my older sister's money(ehehehh..)
-Got caught watching porn 7 months ago and got beaten up like hell
-Like a year ago I was in the park and playing with some boys football. A boy kicked the ball into my head and I got mad. He also got mad. I slapped him, he kicked me, I punched him, he pull my hair, I curse him, he curses back, i threw him on the floor, he got up and throw me on the floor, I slapped his head hardly, he punch me hardly, I kicked him in his leg, he kicked me in my face.
All the kids in the park tried to separate us and stop us but we were mad as hell. Finally an adult came and slapped both of us and calmed us down.
I was very bruised and he was bleeding badly.
My mom happened to come soon and the adult who calmed us down told her, and when we got home SHE BEAT ME AGAIN XDDD
My dad never beats me up, he's never protective about me and he lets me do whutever I want.

WOW. I only have to take a time out. My mom only slaps my butt when really bad something happens. It doesn't hurt at all.

that's so ..WOW.. my mom;/dad only get angry . no grounding and stuff AT ALL

I hate to say it but that's what you get for being a brat, noting there is a difference between corporal punishment and actual abuse that is.

I just got grounded for about 2-4 hours for wearing "crappy clothing"
