Skipped most years of kindergarten because I was sick, moved hometowns and I knew how to write and read simple words. I did the first half and last year and brought at 6 at school (I was required to have at least one year full of kindergarten to be allowed to go to school). But nope you can't skip grades here as well. The simple try to do something for a bit more clever children would come with the outrage of the other parents who of course are more numerous. The only thing you can do is to start 5th grade in a college (high-schools with high standards and what I did) or a high-school instead to continue it at the elementary school.
