Accually charlie sheen wanted to do this challenge but instead of pouring ice water he poured 10K dollar on him and said :
Oh this is cold water this is 10 grand im donating for the ALS and lets be honest ice melt but this money doesn't

Very cold water can be dangerous for the health because of the quick temperature's changement of the person who does this challenge, i'm not sure their heart appreciate that ( he also could receive the bucket on the head for the unlucky people :a )

You are right in stating this point because cold water can easily lead to flu. Few days ago, my classmate was being nominated to do the challenge and his challenge was a fail. The next day, the challenge he did made him catch a flu.

i reeeaallly hope i m not chosen because i get really cold in just normal classrooms at school (I have to always bring a jacket) so umm i dont think pouring a bucket of ice water will be too good for me.....
