You wear the shirt after taking a bath,and talk to the flower (magic) if he/she can help.
The flower said "Wear the pumpkin and go scare the sharks",Wear the pumpkin,swim into the water until you got to the city.
You can scare the sharks if there's one.

I left a bottle nothing inside (but can repair items) (useless for water),a paper,a pen and a very small broken ship.

I use the bottle to magically repair the ship, use the paper as the sail of the ship to move it with the wind, and the pen to push the boat forward

I left a long hard stick, long elastic rubber bands, a string and a few large wooden planks

I used large wooden planks and the long elastic rubber band to make thAt V shaped throwing thing and throwed myself out from the island. Tied the string to Long hard stick and started rotating it on a superhuman level to decrease my fall and safely land in the city.
SURVIVED

I left behind a teared carpet, some leaves which r highly adhesive and a special stick.

I use the special stick to gain the attention of the passing TARDIS, and use the leaves to stick to it as it flies by. I put the carpet around me to keep me warm as it disappears into the Time Vortex where it lands in London. Survive.
