[Suggestion] Remove the 30-second cooldown in Forum Games

It prevents from spam but it's in fact very annoying

The cool down never really annoyed me but I agree, forum games shouldn't be very strict so I'll go with half support

2. If someone has already posted before you, simply edit the message.

It would be more annoying if this was removed because spammers.
If spammers don't exist, I'd support this.
