I live in a city when spring can't make up it's mind about wether or not how cold or hot it should be, where summer's cloudy all the time but still hot, where fall itsn't cold at all untill towards the start of december, and where winter's temp is cold but you can't see a lot of snow.

Spoiler alert: I live in NYC.
