Eventually, yes. The only device that I have is an iPod and its been taken away for more than 5 months. And I can survive without my computer, too. Just technology m8.

i hate to be this person, but i seriously am hoping that you guys are keeping in mind that there ARE literally people out there who don't have access to these luxuries that most of us have access to 24/7. you know what? SOMETIMES I AM IN THAT SITUATION. that's why i went 3+ months with no technology once. our power was gone, we had trouble paying bills, food, which is much more of a necessity than your fricking phones, and you know what else? me and my family almost lost our house as a whole. if my mom hadn't had worked her ass off to pay off our serious debt, i would not be typing this. imo the whole "I CANNOT GO 2 HOURS WITHOUT MY PHONE" is literally an example of a first world problem. i mean like friends via the internet is one thing but really??? this world has become so obsessed with technology that i am a bit disappointed. my mom is from Nigeria and she was raised in a village in the 1970s-1980s. she didn't have a phone till probably this decade. same with my dad, except he was raised in Cameroon, but that's not my point.

I've had my face staring a computer screen for nearly 10 years of my life. The internet and my computer are my life to me.
If I lost all of this I'd resort to drawing and training my new hamster.

People always become obsessed with something. Before phones it was board games, magazines, books, etc. The past is no better than the present in terms of obsession over a hobby or activity. this is a pretty good vsauce video that can be linked to this subject
